History: Sev was born in the ruins of Los Angelas, an NCR controlled area, with his family firmly dedicated to the Republic. However, on his eigth birthday, an NCR agent arrived
at his families house and asked them to hand him over to the Republic for 'The good of the republic'. Sev was horrified when his parents gleefully handed him to the agent without
hesistation; the agent took him to an underground facility where a lot more children were gathered. Over the next seven years, Sev, along with the others, were put through intense
and brutal training; testing every single aspect of their bodies and minds. The process turned Sev and the kids into supremely talented and skilled soldiers, but in the process
, it made them cold, ruthless, killers who wouldn't hesitate to kill anything. On Sev's 18th birthday they pitted him against five other subjects in a death match; it was only later
that he learned the match decided who the best of the best among them all was. At 21 Sev, along with everyone else, were finally deployed in service to the NCR as Elite Rangers
who would do anything, and everything, it needed. This however wasn't any easy process and ultimately it was decided to send out all the Elites free to roam the lands, with only the
goal of assisting the Republic. So Sev set out, but first made a stop at his previous home. Once he arrived, he gunned down both of his parents when they realized he was their son
they'd given away all those years ago. Upon further inspection of the house Sev discovered that they had made more children since him; 3 were around tens years, and 1 was a toddler.
Sev didn't even hesitate to kill them all too, feeling nothing but cold fury and wrath the entire time. After burning the house, with all the bodies inside, Sev began to start
his endless travels as a nomad, and killer.

History: He lived a fairly normal life before the bombs fell. When he was 20 he enlisted in the US Army. Once he turned 24 he was put into an experimental cryotube.
